The Luxury Hampton - an expanded and upgraded version of our best-selling Hampton model from the Classic Series. This model includes all of the features that many buyers have wished for in a base Hampton home. With its craftsman stone front elevation, the Luxury Hampton has the same open and expansive floor plan as the Hampton and is overall larger with over 6000 square feet of finished area. The plan includes more features such as a larger Foyer with circular staircase, separate front entrance leading into Mudroom, additional full bath, and private rear stairs, extended Kitchen with Morning Room and the popular "hidden" pantry that can be converted into a secret prep kitchen, an optional screened porch to the rear, and a 3-car garage. Upstairs every bedroom has its own private bath and walk-in closet. The Luxury Hampton has an enlarged Master Suite with Spa Bath (space for a steam room!), fireplace, wet bar and optional balcony.
